Job Title: Warranty Assistant
Job Location: Oman

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity preferably in reputed Automobile dealership.
• Knowledge of computers and proficiency in English language is essential

The role encompasses making warranty claims with principals, obtaining special permissions wherever required and follow up to ensure receipt of credit notes. Handle all documentation related to warranty process, holding stock of all warranty parts and subject of scrutiny by the principals whenever required. Closely monitor repairs under warranty to ensure as per principals requirements and guide the team members on warranty procedures.
