Job Title: Service Advisor

Requirements:

• B E / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity preferably in reputed Automobile dealership.
• Should have excellent trouble shooting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of computers and proficiency in English language is essential
• Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage

The role encompasses understanding of customer needs and providing effective and prompt solutions for the service related issues as a first point of contact. maintain a good rapport with customer and handling them to ensure maximum customer satisfaction without compromising dealers and principal's standards. ensure timely information is passed on to the customers, checking and ensuring proper service of the the vehicle before delivery to the customer.
