Requirements:
  • Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a reputed Automobile dealership as a Team leader handling group of technicians.
  • Should be computer literate
  • Be familiar with operating diagnostic tools.
The role encompasses understanding concerns / problems of vehicles as indicated by the customers, diagnose the actual problem, and ensure correct repair of the problem to the satisfaction of customer. Provide technical support and guidance to the technician in solving (repairing) the problem on the vehicle.Should be able to independently handle team of technicians and electricians
