2.min 5 yrs of exp in similar position in automotive industry
3.should have the capability to evaluate the used vehicles and offer trade in
4.should have the ability to formulate strategies in competitive business environment
5.should be able to build and motivate team of sale staff
6.should have good command of english and arabic
7.should have valid kuwaiti/GCC driving licence
