• BE (Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering)
• Around 12-15 years experience in similar capacity with a reputed Automobile manufacturer / dealership. 
• Should have excellent communication & motivation skills. 
• Should have good administrative knowledge & exposure to dealer management systems.
• Age:Around 35 - 40 years
• The candidates must have experience in Technical Service Training

Job Role:To lead a team of Trainers in Technical Training Division that provides both technical and business process training. To continuously monitor skill levels of service personnel and to design & create new courses for technical and business requirements. To prepare & publish training materials.
