Skills:To be successful in this opportunity the selected candidate will need to have the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
• Toyota & Lexus Certified Trainer or equivalent
• Knowledge of TEAM 21 Framework
•High level of proficiency in both written and Spoken English
• Full UAE driving Licence
A High Level Qualification in :
•   Automotive Engineering Certification equivalent to City & Guilds 390 Full Technological or above

• Adult learning certificate City & Guilds 7307 or equivalent

• Assessor's qualification D32/33 or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:  

•Technical Training or Further Education Teaching role 10-15 Years

• Automotive Industry Diagnostic Experience 10-15 Years

• Proficient to Diagnostic Master Technician Level or equivalent              Certificate of Management Level 3 0r equivalent

• Management of a Technical Training Facility

• Experience in the delivery of Toyota and Lexus training materials                      Job-Specific Skills: 

• Ability to lead and motivate a highly effective team
• Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilise skills appropriately
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
•  Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
