Job Title: Product Trainer

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with 5 - 10 years of experience in product training.  
• English and Arabic.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Role:

• Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material.  
• Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Sayer Group training calendar and training needs assessment.  
• Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the Al-Sayer Group staff.  
• Administer assessment tests for job applicants and employees.  
• Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place.  
• Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly.  
• Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to the training cordinator.  
• Scan the market for training outsourcing and recommend solutions.  
• Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows
