Job Title: Warranty Manager
Job Location: UAE, Dubai
Salary offered: 22,000 p.m.
Company: A multinational automotive organization to handle their operations for their office based in Dubai

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should be a licensed Automotive Mechanic and should have at least 2 years Dealership Service Management experience.
  • Should have complete knowledge of all service processes and product range and should also be able to understand all technical and warranty processes.
  • Should have strong communication skills and a be able to monitor and manage the retail network with regards to warranty.
  • Should have a challenging personality with a strength of character to work within a automotive environment.

Job Role:
  • Adjudicating dealer warranty claims within the policy guidelines.
  • Managing dealer warranty enquiries.
  • Distributing related news and information.
  • Distributing credit and debit notes.
  • Conducting on site dealer audits as required.
  • Conducting dealer warranty training.
  • Participating in factory training.
  • Conducting warranty dealer workshops when necessary.
  • Ensuring whether the parts checking and the disposal is within policy.
  • Ensuring dealer submission for labour rates is coordinated and approved by the company.
  • Managing dealer warranty reporting.
  • Developing processes to improve dealer satisfaction where necessary.
  • Develop reports to monitor dealer performance in regards to warranty.
  • Ensuring that internal claims for company fleet are complete and managed.
  • Communicating with IT department to ensure all systems remain up to date and operational.
  • Ensuring landed cost calculation is completed in conjunction with Parts Division Adjudicating Service Package claims, maintain and update claim database, liaise with finance dept. to ensure prompt and correct payments.
