Requirements:
- Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Team Leaders and Technicians. Must have sound technical background with excellent leadership skills.
- Must be flexible with willingness to learn and adapt to our Kerridge dealer managemen system.
- Must be qualified in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must have knowledge of booking vehicles into the workshop based on available hours, progressing work, managing technicians, closing job cards, etc.
- Must ensure the effective use of technicians and productive labour; monitor hours attended and work in order to achieve labour efficiency targets
