Requirements:
- Must be customer service oriented, confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess good problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, able to prioritize, good team sprit and must have self-initiative.
- Must contact customers after service visit and measure customer satisfaction regarding repair quality, handling process and staff approach.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferable.
