Two weeks ago GM shocked enthusiasts by announcing that the High Performance Vehicle Operations team was being disbanded.
That meant basically no future for V-Series Cadillac, Cobalt SS and HHR S. Looks like CTS-V Coupe is still alive and in development.
Even though the car is disguised it looks production ready down to the wheels, exhaust tips, V-series badging(disguised), wire mesh grille, power dome hoof, larger wheels and huge brake calipers. On the rear we can see two center-mounted exhaust tips.
Under the hood is the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that is good for 556 horsepower in the CTS-V sedan.
Sales are expected to start in the summer of 2010, thats if GM does not kill the model before.
